Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).
Withdrawal Period
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Important: Exception for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for digital content!
For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as eSIM data packages), the right of withdrawal expires when we have begun the performance of the contract after you have:
1. Expressly consented to us beginning the performance of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and 2. Confirmed your knowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal by consenting to the beginning of the performance of the contract. Since the eSIM activation data is provided immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal has usually already expired.
